The extruder uses various molds to achieve the desired shape and dimensions.
3. Cooling and placement: When the WPC products leaves the extruder, it is necessary to cool the board to prevent deformation and ensure dimensional stability. Place the extruded products on the conveyor belt or cooling table to gradually cool down. This step is crucial to ensure that the product maintains its shape and size.
4. Surface treatment: After cooling, treat the surface of WPC products to enhance their appearance, durability, and performance. This can include polishing, embossing, etc., and surface treatment can improve the overall quality and usability of WPC products.
5. Cutting: The cooled and treated WPC products is then cut to the desired length or size using precision cutting equipment. This step allows for customization of the product to meet specific requirements or standards.
6. Packaging: The cut WPC products are then packaged for shipping and storage. Packaging materials are chosen to protect the product from damage during transportation and handling. It also includes labeling and packaging information, such as product specifications, dimensions, colors, etc.
7. Storage: After packaging, the WPC products are stored in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent moisture damage or degradation. Proper storage ensures that the product remains in good condition before shipment or use.
8. Loading: Finally, when the WPC products are ready for shipment, they are loaded onto trucks, containers, or other transportation vehicles. Loading is performed carefully to minimize damage to the products and ensure they arrive at their destination in good condition.
